One thing a day
When a daily planner lists twenty tasks, they all look equally important and the one that matters gets lost. Dayflint is a priority planner. It asks one question each evening and puts your answer at the top of tomorrow. If you finish early, Dayflint Plus lets you add up to two extras below it. Not sure which task should be the one? Our guide on how to prioritize tasks walks through it.
A day with Dayflint
- The night before, you pick tomorrow's one thing, so you wake up already knowing.
- In the morning, if you allow notifications, a gentle nudge shows you today's one thing.
- When it's time to focus, you press and hold to start a 25 minute session, or 50 or 90 minutes with Plus, and put your phone face down.
- When you're done, a quiet chime plays and you can note how it felt.
Plan the week, review the month
With Dayflint Plus you can lay out one thing for every day, Monday to Sunday. Once a month, the review shows your streak, your focused hours, and when you tend to be in the zone.
What Dayflint doesn't do
Dayflint doesn't replace your calendar or store every task you'll ever have, and it isn't a printable or paper daily planner. Use it alongside those for the one decision that matters most each day.
